§         Sprints- Do quick laps outside or even indoors if possible

§         Kicking exercises- While standing up kick as high as your legs can reach.

§         Cycling- You can do this indoors (gym) or outdoors with a bike.  Do the routine for at least an hour every day

§         Jumping Jacks- perform at least 100 jumping jacks for an hour or 50 jumping jacks in thirty minutes.

§         Use a jumping rope for at least 20-30 minutes every day.

§         A variety of grow taller stretches sometimes requires balancing bars.  You pull yourself up using the bars and you hold the position for at least 10 seconds.  Some extremists hang their chin on the bars, but this is completely unnecessary and potentially dangerous.
